A ton of rules for Social Media?

Something to consider;

If all you do is respond to complaints, that is what people may send you.

Think about what and how people actually talk, read the virtual room.

People do not like gotcha marketing, what they like, is value driven awareness that helps them accomplish something, gain something or learn something useful to them.

The customer is not always right, they are there for themselves, but the customer knows what they want, even if they do not make that clear. 

Do not try, do. Be Clever and Stay relavent. Keep at it!

This can keep on going, there are a ton of rules but we want to keep the rules down and the opportunities flowing so we will continue to add what to do on social media and what not to do.
